Refund Policy for Vision Drive Technology
Effective Date: October 5, 2025
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of driver
education programs offered by Vision Drive Technology ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our
programs, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation by Student
- More than 7 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment more than
seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start date of your program, you are eligible for a
full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment less than
seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start date of your program, you are eligible for a
50% refund of the total course fee, or you may choose to reschedule your program once at no
additional cost.
- After Program Start: No refunds will be issued once the program has officially
started, regardless of attendance.
3. Rescheduling by Student
- More than 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule individual behind-the-wheel
lessons or classroom sessions without penalty if you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours
notice.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you reschedule or miss a scheduled lesson or
session with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply.
- No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled lesson or session without
prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered for
that specific session.
4. Cancellation by Vision Drive Technology
In the rare event that Vision Drive Technology must cancel a program or session (e.g., due to
instructor unavailability, vehicle malfunction, or severe weather), we will notify you as soon as
possible and offer one of the following options:
- Reschedule the session or program at no additional cost.
- A full refund for the cancelled session or the prorated amount for the remaining part of the
program if a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged.
5. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@visiondrivetech.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the enrollment.
