Refund Policy for Vision Drive Technology
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of driver education programs offered by Vision Drive Technology ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our programs and signing the Training Agreement, you agree to this policy.
2. No Refunds Policy
Once you have signed the Training Agreement and paid the tuition in full, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cancellation by the student for any reason
- Failure to attend scheduled training sessions
- Inability to complete the program within the required timeframe
- Student conduct violations resulting in program termination
- Personal circumstances or emergencies
By signing the Training Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling by Student
While no refunds are provided after signing the Training Agreement, you may reschedule individual behind-the-wheel lessons or classroom sessions according to the following terms:
- More than 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule individual behind-the-wheel lessons or classroom sessions without penalty if you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice.
- Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you reschedule or miss a scheduled lesson or session with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
- No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled lesson or session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no rescheduling will be offered for that specific session. An additional fee of $50 may be charged.
4. Program Completion Requirements
As stated in the Training Agreement:
- Students are required to complete all available training within six (6) months of the date the Training Agreement was signed.
- There are NO REFUNDS provided after the six-month period expires.
- Upon expiration of the agreement, a reinstatement fee of $150 may be charged before any further services are provided.
- Vision Drive Technology reserves the right to cancel the agreement if the student's conduct indicates a lack of responsibility necessary to safely operate a motor vehicle. If canceled under such circumstances, all fees may be pro-rated based upon hours of services provided prior to cancellation, at the sole discretion of Vision Drive Technology.
5. Important Acknowledgments
By enrolling in Vision Drive Technology's driver education programs, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy.
- You understand that NO REFUNDS will be provided after signing the Training Agreement.
- All payments are final and non-refundable once the Training Agreement is signed.
- You are responsible for completing the program within the six-month timeframe.
- Failure to complete the program within six months does not entitle you to a refund.
