OpenAI advertising measurement
We use the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to measure activity on eligible public pages. For adult learners who separately choose the optional advertising permission during enrollment, we also match browser checkout and confirmed purchase events and share confirmed purchases through OpenAI's Conversions API. These events may include advertising click and browser references, a page address without its query string, transaction amount and currency, and SHA-256 hashes of the learner's normalized email and a pseudonymous customer identifier. Hashing supports matching; it does not make the information anonymous. We do not include names, birth dates, guardian details, permit information, signatures, or payment card details in these event payloads.
Private advertising hashes and source context are retained for up to 30 days. The optional permission is unchecked by default, is not offered for learners under 18, and does not affect enrollment or payment. We mark events to opt out of future user-level personalization. Browser Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and a saved measurement denial stop browser measurement. When a page can reach our server, it also requests withdrawal of advertising permissions saved in this browser; an offline browser cannot immediately stop a previously queued server event.

This stops future browser measurement and cancels unsent server events for those permissions; it cannot recall events already sent.
