How does the payment process work?

We offer multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers. A deposit of $200 is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due before the first day of training. We also offer payment plans for those who qualify. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or can be rescheduled once at no additional cost. No refunds are provided once training has begun, but students may reschedule missed sessions with at least 24 hours notice.

How long does it take to complete the Class D training program?

The Class D training program consists of 24 hours of instruction (8 hours classroom, 16 hours behind-the-wheel). Most students complete the program within 3-4 weeks, with 2-3 sessions per week. We offer flexible scheduling options including evenings and weekends to accommodate different schedules. The exact duration depends on the student's availability and learning pace.

Do you provide vehicles for the driving lessons?

Yes, we provide late-model vehicles equipped with dual controls and our AI coaching system for all behind-the-wheel training sessions. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safety and reliability. Students do not need to provide their own vehicle for the training.
